In 2019 Mark & Niall set up One2One Estate Agents Ltd. There were many reasons for this, the main one being
that due to the volume of mortgage business, many clients were asking about how and who to sell their house
with, making it a natural progression for the Estate Agency to be formed.
When forming the new estate agency there were many factors that the directors were passionate about. The main
factor being the desire to charge the same agent fee for selling a house to all our clients regardless of the
property price. This was absolutely central to the model we wanted to create. We also wanted to provide a
hybrid type of estate agency where we have an online model and pricing structure but also a high street
presence with our high street branch in Pontypool Town Centre.
When selling a property with One2One Estate Agents, we offer the online platforms of Rightmove, Zoopla and
Prime Location as well as a very active social media presence. However, what is essential to know with One2One
Estate Agents is that due to our large client bank through One2One Mortgage Solutions we have many many
clients visiting our office in the week to discuss mortgages, who are looking to buy a house either as a first
time buyer or as a home mover.
